The Order Overview Screen


Date picker

The delivery date is always default to “tomorrow”. If you want to place orders on another day, or view past bids, use the date picker in the upper left corner.


List of Half Hourly Orders
The upper section of the order overview screen provides you with a list of which portfolios you have placed a Half Hourly Order. If you have not placed any orders the list will be empty


List of Block Orders
The lower section of the order overview screen provides you with a list of which portfolios you have placed block orders on. The list does not provide any details about how many block orders you have placed, it only lists the portfolios where you have placed block orders. If you have not placed any orders the list will be empty


How to place a Half Hourly Order
Orders needs to be uploaded as an Excel file using our Half Hourly Excel template. There is no graphical user interface you can use to submit your orders.

You upload orders either by “drag and drop” of the excel file containing the order you want to upload, or by pressing the “Upload” button in the lower left corner, and then selecting the Excel file containing the order.

How to update a Half Hourly Order
If you want to update an order you have already placed, simply update the Half Hourly order in your Excel template, and re-upload the order.

To verify that the order was updated correctly, download the latest version by clicking on the portfolio in the Order Overview Screen.


How to place a Block Order

Orders needs to be uploaded as an Excel file using our Block Order Excel template. There is no graphical user interface you can use to submit your orders.

You upload orders either by “drag and drop” of the excel file containing the order you want to upload, or by pressing the “Upload” button in the lower left corner, and then selecting the Excel file containing the order.


How to update a Block Order
If you want to update an order you have already placed, simply update the Block Orders in your Excel template, and re-upload the order.

Note that by updating a set of Block Orders, you replace your current orders with the orders in the latest file you uploaded. If you e.g. have placed 10 blocks on a portfolio and want to add another order, you need to include the 10 already placed orders in the file containing the additional block.

How to upload multiple orders in one Excel file

You can upload multiple orders by adding each order type and portfolio in a separate tab in an Excel file.
