To activate 2 Factor Authenitcation in the Authy App on your cell phone, please see the following steps.
To download the app, find the app (Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentication) from the relevant app store or visit https://authy.com/download and submit your cell phone number to receive an installation link on your device by SMS.
Open the link received on your phone to install Authy from Google Play or App Store. Open the App on your phone and you will be prompted to set up the device to be used as a authentication device. It is important that this is the same number as submitted to Nord Pool for the app to work.
Enter your country code and phone number, and you will be prompted with the following options to verify your device:
- Phone call - the app will display a 2 digit code that you will need to submit on a call you will receive within 30 seconds.
- SMS - you will receive a SMS with a link you can follow, or manually type in the received registration code in the app.
- Use existing device - if you are already registered on an existing device, you can use it to verify the app. You will be prompted to verify on your existing device.
Choose your preferred method to validate your device. After the verification the app will be ready to use.
Next time you log in to any Nord Pool system, you will be asked to approve the login from the app.
