From the ‘Auction Orders’ view, click ‘Add orders’ button. This will open the ‘Create Orders’ view in which the user can select the portfolio to which the order is to be place for the given auction.
Order creation sections are visible for each contract and price area combination available in the selected auction.
User can enter multiple order, define them as buy or sell, and provide the price and the quantity.
By clicking ‘Save’ the orders are entered to the selected portfolio. Bu clicking ‘Close’ the view is closed and no orders are placed in the portfolio.
Risk indicator is to be used to signal if the trade is of hedging or speculative nature. This information will be passed on to Nasdaq if the orders are matched in the auction.
